Thanks so much for posting this information! I was hoping someone had created a component to embed Google Wave in a Joomla! site.

As far as ideas for how to use it,I plan to post a virtual book club (“bookwave”) to produce user-generated content. Also plan to have my Amazon affiliated ad on that page, so people don’t just get my review, they get to read the discussion of a whole group of people who can say what they like and don’t like.

I can’t wait to get my Joomla! site up! I’m using Posterous for my blog, in the meantime.
