As an IT person, I can see a huge benefit to this kind of real time process development to new projects just getting off the ground. So many times, I’ve seen development time get wasted because it was hard to see the bigger picture and code accordingly for certain exceptions.

Here’s another situation: 1 Guru developer, 4 junior developers half of them in different locations. As the junior’s first quickly collaborate with eachother first. Then only when all of them are stumped would they need to include the guru to help them along, saving the allstar’s valuable time. Possibilities are endless, I just got my account today, can’t wait to figure it all out and make something worthwhile.
