		<description>As an IT person, I can see a huge benefit to this kind of real time process development to new projects just getting off the ground. So many times, I&#039;ve seen development time get wasted because it was hard to see the bigger picture and code accordingly for certain exceptions.

Here&#039;s another situation: 1 Guru developer, 4 junior developers half of them in different locations. As the junior&#039;s first quickly collaborate with eachother first. Then only when all of them are stumped would they need to include the guru to help them along, saving the allstar&#039;s valuable time. Possibilities are endless, I just got my account today, can&#039;t wait to figure it all out and make something worthwhile.</description>
